This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by Svila India. Here in after referred to as Svila India. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not access this website.
 


ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
 


DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. India and international orders are shipped by ARAMEX and FedEX for a speedy delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at www.aramex.com and www.fedex.com.


Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.
We aim to get most orders dispatched within 2 weeks or sooner, subject to the product specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.


We ship to all countries via ARAMEX and FedEX courier services. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to SVILA INDIA and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
 


TERMS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS:
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING CHART in detail or provide customized fitting details before making a purchase. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at customercare@svilaindia.com quoting your order number and sizing issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives (contact details below) who will be happy to guide you.


Once we receive the said information, a customer service representative will contact you with size options. If the item is not available in stock we shall provide a credit note that can be used on www.svilaindia.com at any time within 6 months. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items with tags for a prompt refund in the form of store credit or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount subject to the following-


Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.


Merchandise with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.


Customized goods will not be exchanged/refunded.


Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged / refunded. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to send returned items by known courier companies like, ARAMEX, FedEX, DHL, UPS and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Please note: All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded in the form of store credit only. All customers can email us at customercare@SvilaIndia.com with their Order ID & reason for return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically reflect in your account at www.SvilaIndia.com. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of receiving the credit.



DAMAGED GOODS:

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at customercare@svilaindia.com  quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the shipping fee of the replacement item. If the item is not available in stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.svilaindia.com  at any time within 6 months.
 


CANCELLATION POLICY:
After a customer makes a payment online, they must cancel the order within 24 hours (1 day) to reverse the transaction.
 


STORE CREDIT TERMS:
Subject to our terms of return, if there is nothing available at the time that you would like to exchange your purchased item for, SVILA INDIA will issue you a store credit.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.svilaindia.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards at our store (if available).
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Note: Please treat Store Credit securely like cash.
To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your SVILA INDIA account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
 


PAYMENT:
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the INR (Indian rupee). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer or check at this stage. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.

SVILA INDIA will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our services for any reason beyond our control.

The content of our website is presented, “as is”. We do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
 


LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY:
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.


You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

This website is controlled and operated by SVILA INDIA in INDIA. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by Indian law. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the Indian Governing Law.
